- Payment information when you purchase a membership or product (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)

5. Email and SMS communications
Email: When you register for a workshop or join our community, you will receive transactional emails related to your registration and, with your consent, marketing emails about Cerium Cyber products and educational content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails (such as workshop confirmations and receipts) are sent regardless of marketing preferences. All marketing emails include our physical mailing address as required by applicable law.
SMS: If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages from Cerium Cyber regarding your account, upcoming sessions, or offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your email subscription. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers: We use the following third-party tools to operate our business. They may access your information only to perform services on our behalf. Each provider is contractually obligated to protect information consistent with applicable privacy laws:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, email delivery, community platform, and automation
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-assisted content creation and coaching tools
- Revven — AI tools used within our coaching operations
We may add or change service providers from time to time; this list will be updated accordingly.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Cerium Cyber or others.
Business transfers: If Cerium Cyber is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. AI tool usage and governance
Cerium Cyber uses AI-powered tools — including Anthropic's Claude and Revven — to support content creation, coaching preparation, and operational tasks. We instruct AI service providers not to use submitted business information for model training where those controls are available. AI tools are not used to make automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on you. We do not submit your personal identifying information to AI systems for processing without anonymizing or aggregating it first.
8. Community content and ownership
When you post content in CyberFortress or Iron Dome — including questions, comments, and responses — that content is visible to other community members. You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting you grant Cerium Cyber a non-exclusive license to display that content within the community platform. We will not use your community posts in external marketing materials without your separate consent.
9. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, subject to the following retention periods:
- Account records: 7 years from account closure or last transaction
- Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Support tickets: 3 years from resolution
- Community posts: Until account deletion
- Financial records: As required by applicable law (typically 7 years)
If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
10. Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA). Notification will be sent to the email address on file for your account. We will also take reasonable steps to contain and remediate any breach.
